The policy is issued immediately after we receive your payment via Stripe. The e-mail message including all the necessary documents is then sent automatically to your e-mail inbox.

In rare instances, the e-mail message with the documents might be falsely flagged as spam by your mail provider. If it happens, please check the spam folder in your e-mail account. If our message is not found there, you should contact our customer service so we may provide all the necessary assistance.

If an insurance event occurs, you must:

notify the Assistance Center (CPA) of the occurrence of the insured event,
provide available information, necessary to provide due assistance from the scope of benefits, and follow the instructions of the
Assistance Center,
provide the Assistance Center with the documents requested by the CPA, as well as give permission for the release of medical records.

Withdrawal from an insurance agreement concluded remotely is possible within 30 days from the date of conclusion of the agreement, and if the Policyholder is an entrepreneur, within 7 days.
Termination of the insurance agreement before the expiration of the Insurance Period does not relieve the Policyholder from the obligation to pay the premium for the period during which the Insurer provided insurance coverage.
